What we collect. When you place an order: your name, email, shipping address, and order contents. When you join the drop-alerts list: your email address. Payment card details go directly to Stripe, our payment processor — they never touch our servers.

How we use it. To fulfil and ship your order, send order confirmations, respond to enquiries, and — only if you signed up — to email you when new clearance stock lands. We may use aggregated, non-identifying analytics to understand how the site is used.

Who we share it with. Only the services needed to run the store: Stripe (payments), our hosting and database providers, our email delivery provider, and Australia Post or our courier (name and address, to deliver your order). We never sell or rent your personal information.

Where it lives. Order and subscriber data is stored securely with our infrastructure providers. We keep it only as long as needed for orders, tax, and accounting obligations.

Your choices.Every marketing email includes one-click unsubscribe. You can also ask us at any time to access or delete the personal information we hold about you — email hello@stockdrop.au and we'll action it within 30 days.
