TERMS OF SALE

Who we are. Stockdrop is an independent Australian clearance retailer selling genuine branded stock acquired from official Australian distribution. We are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the brands whose products we resell.

Clearance stock. Everything we sell is brand new with tags, from discontinued Australian distribution runs. Quantities are strictly limited and are not restocked. Product availability shown on the site is updated in real time but is not a guarantee; if an item sells out before your payment completes, we will refund that item in full.

Pricing. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Multi-buy pricing (such as 3 for $60) is applied automatically at checkout to eligible items and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated.

Shipping. Orders ship from Australia with tracking within 2 business days. Flat rate $14; free for orders over $150. We currently ship within Australia only.

Returns.As clearance stock at clearance prices, we don't offer change-of-mind returns. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law: if an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us at hello@stockdrop.au and we will provide a replacement or full refund, including return postage.

Payment. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
